Return & Exchange Policy
Because luxury fragrances are highly delicate personal items, we accept returns only on products that remain unopened, unused, and sealed in their original cellophane wrapping within 14 days of delivery.
Every full-size bottle comes with a complimentary matching 2ml discovery sample. We encourage you to test the discovery sample first before breaking the protective seal on the main box.
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please notify our Atelier Concierge within 48 hours with photograph proof for an immediate replacement.
Initiating a Return
- Contact Concierge at concierge@xanchiessentials.com with your Order #.
- Our team will verify your eligibility and issue a Return Authorization Code.
- A courier partner will pick up the sealed package from your address.
- Upon inspection at our Atelier, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
